Trail Camera Survey - Mossy Oak GameKeepers

May 22, 2013
This video explains what a trail camera survey is and the proper steps to take when taking a trail camera survey. A trail camera survey should be placed one camera per one hundred acres. Check your local rules and regulations and pre-bait the site eight to ten days before conducting a trail camera survey. Once you pick the day to begin a game camera survey, you want to have your cameras out for 8-10 days before you pull all your camera cards. When you start sorting through the pictures keep all of the files in separate folders. We do this because each camera has a different location. You might find that more deer are concentrated in one particular area because of diversity in habitat and food sources.
